Editorial reviews
...a magical thing, one of the finest and most mind-opening albums that the unique sound-painter Tibbetts has put his mind to....texturally pleasing and wholly entrancing in a way that surprises anyone skeptical of westernized eastern music.
JazzTimes (03/01/1997)
...Tibbetts traveled to a small monastery in Nepal and recorded a bunch of nuns singing sacred songs....He's added some of his understated but thoroughly mystical guitar and cello to enhance the atmospherics....you realize your brain is floating somewhere beyond the ozone layer...
Musician (03/01/1997)
5 (out of 5) - ...Seldom do devotion and artistry combine so fortuitously, and CHO should be a must for fans of devotion music and world music generally.
Alternative Press (05/01/1997)
